How do I create my first shift?

Navigate to the Shifts page and click 'Create Shift'. Fill in the required details including client, employee, start time, and end time. You can also add notes and assign multiple employees to a single shift.

How do I add a new client?

Go to the Clients page and click 'Add Client'. Fill in the client's information including name, contact details, and service type. You can also add emergency contact information.

How do I manage employee schedules?

Use the Shifts page to view all scheduled shifts. You can filter by employee, client, or status. The dashboard also shows upcoming shifts and coverage gaps.

How do I approve timesheets?

Navigate to the Timesheets section in the dashboard. Review submitted timesheets and click 'Approve' or 'Reject' with optional comments.

Can I export my data?

Yes, you can export shift data, client lists, and timesheets in CSV format. Go to the respective page and look for the export button in the top right.

How do I change my subscription plan?

Go to your account settings and click on 'Subscription'. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately.

How do I reset my password?

On the login page, click 'Forgot Password' and enter your email address. You'll receive a reset link via email.

Is my data secure?
